I built this to walk you through every single click. You cannot break anything, and you do not need to understand any of it.
It takes about ten minutes. There are a few simple screens. When you see something to copy, tap the copy button. When I ask you to paste something to me, just paste and tap save. That is the whole job.
Ready? Tap the button.
Tap the big green button below. It opens Google's signup page in a new tab.
Keep this page open too. You will switch back and forth between Google and here. That is normal.
↗ Open Google WorkspaceGoogle asks a few questions. Here is exactly what to put. When you see a copy button, tap it, then paste it into Google.
When it asks for your domain, paste this:
This is the part before the @ sign. Tap the one you like, or type your own below.
When Google asks for your email name, type or paste this:
A name like "jessica" feels personal. Words like "info" or "enquire" feel more like a business. Both are perfectly fine. It is your choice.
Google gives you 14 days free, then it is about $7 a month.
When it asks for a payment card, put in your own card. This is your account and your email, so the bill is yours. That is exactly how it should be.
Google will show you a verification code. It is a long line of text that starts with google-site-verification.
You do not need to understand it. Just copy that whole line from Google, paste it in the box below, add your phone number so I can text you, and tap Save. That sends it straight to me.
Perfect. I have what I need. I will connect it on my end, then text you the moment it is ready (usually within a few hours).
I will text you when everything is connected.
When you get my text, go back to Google and tap the blue button that says "Verify" or "Activate Gmail." That is the very last step.
Honestly, well done. That was the hardest part of the whole thing and you handled it.
